On the Dock in Gig Harbor
We had Aurelia on the dock at the Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard for 3 weeks in late July - early August since Greg was away on a motorcycle trip to the Arctic Ocean. We enjoyed the freedom of just walking to our car, but it was louder and busier where we were. There were some benefits from that though, Summer Sounds at Skansie Park on Tuesday’s and the Waterfront Farmers Market on Thursday’s were a couple highlights.

One evening I heard splashing right outside the boat & found this small seal jumping up onto Aven’s kayak for some rest.

The boat next to us had underwater lights on. It was neat to see the fish swimming around.
