Fun Times and Family Events
We have found many hikes and biking trails around Anacortes. The city runs the ACFL (Anacortes Community Forest Lands) that manages many of the trails.
On May 27th we hiked a loop trail around Whistle Lake.
On May 29th, we did a bike trail at Fort Ebey State Park. I am very much a beginner at riding trails on a bike, but I do enjoy it! (if it’s a pretty easy trail - haha!)
We’ve had a couple visitors at our rental recently.
On May 25th we met up with Greg’s brother and family (some of them at least) for lunch. We were happy we got to spend some time with them!
Miah (Jackson’s girlfriend), me, Kristen (Jeffrey’s wife), Greg, Jeffrey (Greg’s brother), and Jackson (Jeffrey’s oldest son).
On May 25th we celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday. She is a wonderful mother and I am very thankful for all the time we get to spend together.
On May 30th we celebrated my great-niece’s 2nd birthday. Happy Birthday, Nellie!
June 13th was my niece’s bridal shower. It was a wonderful day celebrating Sydney. She is a beautiful, amazing woman.
On June 18th, we went to a great restaurant (Nell Thorn) in La Conner with Heather (Greg’s sister) her husband (Greg, also - which is why my Greg is “Gregory” to his family).
On June 27th we celebrated my great-nephew’s 4th birthday. Happy Birthday, Kashton!
